A Certified Fractional CFO with nearly 10 years of accounting and financial experience, he has helped over 40 businesses get their finances on track — including one client who improved cash flow by nearly $50,000 and paid down $30,000 in debt in 10 months. Published co-author of "Lead Loud: Entrepreneurs Building Legacy Through DRASTIC Leadership." Born in Montana, father of four, third-generation in the same family home, and a hobbyist woodworker.

Administration

Adelynn keeps Square Books LLC running like clockwork. With a talent for organization and proactive problem-solving, she manages operations with precision. She is passionate about building meaningful client relationships and ensuring every client feels supported from day one.

Lenjemy Lavador

Executive Administrator

Lenjemy supports the team at Square Books as an Executive Administrator, helping keep things organized and running smoothly behind the scenes. She brings over 10 years of Marketing experience and is currently completing her degree in Marketing Management. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, watching Chinese dramas — which inspired her to start learning Mandarin — and travelling with her daughter, who is her biggest motivation.

Jackielyn Miguel

Bookkeeper

An accountant with many years of experience across diverse business industries. Jackie is driven by a passion for continuous learning and always seeks out new professional opportunities to grow. Family is her core inspiration in everything she does.

Donellene Bartolo

Bookkeeper

Don has been a bookkeeper and accounting consultant since 2018, certified in both QuickBooks and Xero. She is currently pursuing her Certified Management Accounting (CMA US) designation. Outside of work, she enjoys reading and painting.

Catherine Salvador

Bookkeeper

Catherine brings several years of bookkeeping experience and a solid command of QuickBooks Online and Xero. She takes pride in maintaining accurate, well-organized records and enjoys collaborating with teams to keep day-to-day operations running smoothly.

Alreign Hilaro

Bookkeeper

Alreign has been working in accounting since 2016 and thrives on continuously learning and exploring new areas within the field. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her dog and heading to the beach whenever possible — her way of recharging and staying inspired.

Jenna is constantly looking for ways to better manage daily office operations and maintain accurate financial documentation. Known for strong organizational abilities and delivering dependable support in fast-paced environments, with a commitment to efficiency, accuracy, and professional client service. Outside of work, she is always outside reading a book or going for a run.
